So, back from holiday and had my hair relaxed by my Mummy using all the techniques I described in the previos post Self Relaxing. These are the results. Just above shoulder length and doing pretty good considering I am still experiencing breakage and shedding

I also thought I would post a pic of all the products I bought while in canada - These should last me until next year some time - i did spend $100 ( approx. £50) but got twice as much as I would have if I had tried to source the products here the best thing i picked up was more Jamaican Black Castor Oil - $19.99!!! thats about £10 - I paid £19.99 for the stuff I bought of ebay here - so my new challenge is to find you ladies a cheaper more reliable version of this.

This is what I got for me and I also picked up a few more things for my cuz which arent in the pic. So a pretty decent haul for £50 if you ask me for us 'relaxed and desperate' beauties!

Lots of Elasta QP stuff including their 'H2' leave in condition which I haven't been able to source here, and Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship conditioner which one of the other bloggers Sunshyne on Hairlicious.com raves about.

Also picked up two large pots of Elasta QP DPR 11 Reconstructor (with Olive Oil - thats new!)

andAphogee 2 minute Keratin Reconstructor, Balancing Moisturiser and Leave in Conditioner.

Along with some Motions Leave ins from WalMart.

Will definately be reviewing these in the next few weeks
