It's Sunday evening and dinner is over. Beth is excited and heads to the sofa. Daddy is there with a smile and a chair, 'Daddy', she asks, 'will you please do my hair?' Join Daddy and Beth on a wonderful hair adventure in this heart-warming story, which celebrates the unique and special relationship between a father and child. The perfect rhyming picture book read for every family, this is a book to be shared time and time again. This is the first book in the 'Daddy Do My Hair?' series. Currently available in the UK £6.99

Baby's First Fruit eBook

Author: Zunammie Keren

Zunammie Keren, author of Baby's First Fruit eBook is encouraging babies to learn how to read – using tablets and other mobile devices. Children are very drawn to technology and instead of having them roaming freely in the dangerous waters of the Internet, Keren feels that digital eBooks like the ones she creates are a much safer way for young children to learn how to read and use tablets.

“As much as I love real books, I know that eBooks are the way of the future and today’s children, including my own 3 boys, will read more eBooks than real books as they get older.” said Keren. Baby's First Fruit eBook is currently in eBook form but she does have plans to make print copies available in the near future.   Available in the US on Amazon

I love the idea behind this book by Jamaican children's book author Zunammie Keren. An ebook for babies sounds like something any modern child could enjoy.

I Can Be Anything

Author: Merrissa Hylton

I Can Be Anything was created to encourage childrens’ artistic skills through colouring therapy, as well as inspire them to explore some of our great black role models. Enjoy being artistic and colour the children as they aspire to be their role models - why not find out who they all are as well! Available on Etsy UK

After meeting Merrissa, you can straight away see that she is creative force to be reckoned with. Is there anything she cant do, from dress making to jewelry, her talents now extend to children's books and I cant wait to get my hands on this one too.

Look out for our reviews on each of these great titles in the weeks to come
